Tiers & Benefits
- Membership includes the complimentary services listed in your selected tier plus member-only discounts while your membership remains active.
- Neuromodulators (tox) at $12.99/unit (reg $15.50/unit) across all membership tiers — except Botox at $13.50/unit (reg $17.50/unit).
- Month 3 and Month 6 milestone perks are included in Luminous and Radiance tiers.
Billing
- Charged monthly on your sign-up date (recurring auto-debit).
- Monthly payments unlock that month's benefits; quarterly perks every 3 months; bi-annual perks every 6 months while your account stays active.
Commitment
- 6 or 12-month commitment required. Option to cancel or renew after 6 or 12 months.
- Glow: $109/mo · Luminous: $179/mo · Radiance: $279/mo
- Unless locked for 6 or 12 months, pricing may change at any time.
Flexibility
- May transfer (after clearance from our providers)
- May rollover — must be used within 60 days
- May upgrade or exchange for another treatment, procedure, or skincare product

Cancellation
- 30-day written notice required in person or via email to info@jestheticsbar.com prior to next billing period.
- Any unlocked quarterly treatment prior to membership completion must be paid at a 10% discounted rate.
Billing
- Auto-debited monthly on your sign-up date.
- One-time enrollment fee of $75.
Cancellation Policy
- No early termination for the first 3 months.
- After the initial 3 months, a 30-day written notice is required for cancellation.
- Early Termination Fee: $150 flat fee applied for cancellation within the initial 3-month commitment period.
Rollover Policy
- Only one unused primary monthly service (IV Drip or IM Shot) may roll over per month and must be used within 60 days.
- Rolled-over service must be redeemed after the current month's membership service has been utilized.
Guest Policy
- Tier 3 (Elite Vitality) members may bring 1 guest per month for IV service at member rate (ID required).
- Membership benefits are for personal use only except the Elite Vitality guest benefit.
Financial & Appointment Policies
- Price Lock: Your membership rate is locked for 6 months from your sign-up date.
- No Show Fee: $50 fee for missed appointments without 48-hour notice.
Medical Policy
- All treatments require medical evaluation and are subject to clinic approval.
General Pricing Clause
- All à la carte prices and services are subject to change at any time. However, a member's monthly rate is guaranteed and locked for the 6-month period following their sign-up date.
