Jenny boasts over 25 years of compassionate client care and extensive medical expertise across various hospital departments, from ER to ICU, spanning the East to West Coast. Graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the University of Santo Tomas Philippines in 1997, she pursued higher education, earning a Masters in Advanced Nursing Practice and a Doctorate Degree in 2014 from Rush University in Chicago, IL.

In December 2020, Jenny ventured into aesthetics, receiving training from renowned entities such as Empire Medical Training, the Wrinkle Fairy with Leslie Forrester in Chicago, IL, and esteemed plastic surgeon Dr. Tim Pierce based in the UK.

Jenny is a globetrotter, gym enthusiast, and culinary explorer. She jets off to new destinations, hits the gym to stay fit, and savors international cuisine with gusto. Her zest for life is evident in her love for travel, fitness, beauty and culinary adventures.

Dr. Karsan is a dedicated medical professional with a passion for enhancing lives both in and out of the emergency room. After graduating from UCSD medical school, Dr. Karsan immersed in the fast-paced world of Emergency Medicine, honing skills and expertise over a remarkable 13-year career.

However, it's not just the urgency of the ER that captivates Dr. Karsan. He has developed a profound interest in the realm of aesthetics, particularly the transformative potential of neuromodulators. Fascinated by the myriad ways these treatments can enhance the quality of life for individuals across all age groups, Dr. Karsan is committed to staying at the forefront of this evolving field.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Dr. Karsan finds solace and joy in traveling the globe, exploring new cultures, and creating cherished memories with family and friends. A lover of both adrenaline and leisure, he indulges in their passion for sports, whether it's dominating the tennis court or carving through fresh powder on the slopes.

Dermatology, Laser Guru

Vera is a board-certified nurse practitioner specialized in medical and cosmetic dermatology. She graduated from UCSD with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, a Master of Science in Nursing at Seattle University, and completed clinical training with the U.S. Navy at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island in Washington. She began training in dermatology as a medical and surgical assistant since 2012, and has provided specialized care as a dermatology nurse practitioner to patients across the Bay Area since 2018.

Vera is passionate about increasing diversity and inclusivity in the dermatology and aesthetic community. With over 10 years of experience in skincare and skin products, Vera believes in a minimal filler approach and focuses on skin health to achieve natural results. She specializes in customized treatment plans for acne, melasma, and skin of color rejuvenation.

Outside of the office, Vera is an old soul and embraces an analog lifestyle. She is a maximalist in minimalist hobbies, and is currently lost in the rabbit hole of fountain pens and ink stained fingers.

Hayward , a seasoned Registered Nurse from Chicago, Illinois, with an impressive 18-year track record in nursing. Currently serving as the Investment Supplies Manager at J'esthetics Beauty Bar and IV Hydration, Hayward also lends his expertise at the IV Hydration lounge. Additionally, he's making a difference in multiple emergency departments across the Bay Area, providing top-notch medical support. Committed to excellence and improving healthcare solutions, Hayward values the impact he can make in people's lives.

With a diverse background in healthcare, Julienne initially pursued a Pharmacy major during college and gained invaluable experience as a medical scribe for two years. However, her passion for aesthetics and patient care led her to embark on a new path, and she successfully completed nursing school, becoming a registered nurse in California in 2022.

Deandra Martinez, known as Phoenix, is a respected esthetician with 14 years of skincare experience. Her passion for beauty, rooted in personal skin challenges, drives her career dedicated to helping others achieve healthy, radiant skin. As both an esthetician and educator, Deandra combines extensive skincare knowledge with a commitment to personalized care.

She has successfully addressed various skin concerns, always striving for transformative results. Her deep understanding of skin complexity allows her to tackle stubborn issues effectively. Deandra's approach prioritizes client experience, fostering positivity, trust, and education. She believes skincare is an act of self-love and aims to empower her clients through tailored, results-driven plans. For her, esthetics is a calling, blending art and science. She graduated from esthetics school in January 2025, and while she is still gaining hands-on experience, she is eager to continue learning and growing in the field. Lily’s goal is to help clients feel confident, cared for, and comfortable in their skin.
Outside of work, Lily is a proud mom and a Bay Area native. She looks forward to getting to know everyone and being part of such a supportive and professional team.

Meet Mimi, a licensed esthetician passionate about helping clients achieve radiant, healthy skin. With a background in Nutritional Science from SJSU, she understands how wellness and lifestyle influence skin health.

Her journey began at a medical spa, where she witnessed the power of professional treatments to transform skin and boost confidence. Inspired, she pursued esthetician school and graduated in 2022, dedicating her career to helping clients look and feel their best.

In her free time, she enjoys taking pilates classes and spending time with her dog, keeping herself balanced and energized to bring calm, positive energy to every client.
